Reservations & Changes
Q: How do I book a ride—online, by phone, or by text?
A: You can book online through our website (Request a Quote / Book Now), or contact us directly by phone, text, or email—whatever is easiest. We’ll confirm details and send written confirmation.
Q: How far in advance should I reserve my chauffeur service?
A: For best availability, book as early as you can - especially for airport peak times and weddings/events. We are normally booked for same week reservations. Same-week bookings can happen, but advance notice helps us reserve the ideal vehicle and chauffeur.
Q: Do you accept last‑minute or same‑day bookings?
A: Not typically, we may make exceptions if availability allows. For same‑day service, calling or texting is usually the fastest way to confirm.
Q: What details do you need to confirm my reservation?
A: Pickup date/time, pickup/drop‑off addresses, passenger count, luggage details, and any flight info (for airport trips). We’ll also note any special requests (child seat, pet, stops, etc.).
Q: Can I book for someone else (assistant booking for an executive, guest, or family member)?
A: Absolutely. Provide the traveler’s name and contact info, and tell us who should receive confirmations and updates.
Q: Can I make changes to my reservation after it’s confirmed?
A: Yes—just contact us as soon as possible. Changes may affect timing, vehicle availability, and pricing, but we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Q: Do you offer round‑trip bookings?
A: Yes. Round‑trip can be booked as two point‑to‑point rides or as hourly service if you want the chauffeur on standby.
Q: Can I book multiple stops or a custom itinerary?
A: Yes. Share your stops and timing, and we’ll quote it as either point‑to‑point with stops or hourly/as‑directed service—whichever fits best.
Q: Do you provide hourly chauffeur service as well as point‑to‑point rides?
A: Yes—both options are available, including hourly “as‑directed” service for meetings, events, and flexible itineraries.
Q: Is there a minimum number of hours for hourly bookings?
A: Typically yes (often 2+ hours), but minimums can vary by day/time and vehicle type. We’ll confirm the minimum when we quote your ride.
Airport & Pick Up
Q: Do you provide airport pick‑up and drop‑off service?
A: Yes—airport transfers are one of our core services, including early morning and late‑night trips.
Q: Which airports do you serve (including regional airports and private aviation)?
A: We serve major and regional airports across Arkansas and can also coordinate private aviation/FBO pickups where permitted

A: Yes—when flight details are provided, we monitor status and adjust pickup timing when delays occur.
Q: Where will I meet my chauffeur at the airport?
A: We’ll confirm the exact pickup method (curbside or meet‑and‑greet) and provide clear instructions ahead of arrival, including chauffeur contact details.
Q: Can I add an extra stop on the way from the airport (hotel, office, restaurant)?
A: Yes. Just tell us the stops when booking so we can plan timing and quote accurately.
Billing & Reciepts
Q: How is pricing calculated (hourly vs. point‑to‑point)?
A: Point‑to‑point is priced by route/time factors; hourly is priced by the hour with a minimum. We’ll recommend the most cost‑effective option for your plan.
Q: Do you charge wait time, and how is it calculated?
A: Yes, if waiting exceeds the included grace period for your trip type. We’ll explain the grace time and the wait‑time rate in your booking confirmation.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: Most clients pay by major credit/debit card; corporate accounts may have additional billing options depending on approval.
Q: When is payment due—at booking or after the ride?
A: Most reservations are paid in advance to secure the vehicle and chauffeur. Approved corporate arrangements may differ.
Q: Can you provide itemized receipts for expense reports?
A: Yes—itemized receipts are available and can be sent via email for easy reimbursement and reporting.
